ALADDIN SABA is a founding partner of BPE Partners, a private equity firm located in Egypt. Prior to this Mr. Saba was the founder of Beltone Financial, an investment banking institution operating in the fields of asset management, corporate finance, investment banking and brokerage. Beltone Financial is active in Egypt and the Arabian Gulf markets. Mr. Saba was also a co-founder of Hermes Financial, which in 1996 became EFG-Hermes, one of the leading investment banking institutions in the Middle East. Mr. Saba holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School, USA (1986), and a further Masters degree in Science and Engineering (MSE) from the University of Pennsylvania, USA (1983). He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering, graduating from Cairo University in 1981. Mr. Saba is a board member of multiple organizations including The Central Bank of Egypt, international investment funds, various corporations including industrial, environmental and touristic real estate development companies. Mr. Saba has been a member of the board of directors of The Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange for three consecutive years.
